I regularly attend–and teach–workshops and webinars on topics related to information services. In August 2014, I earned a social media certification through Hootsuite. Staying on top of new technologies and emerging trends is a top priority.

The professional network, training, and support I have received through this organization have been a tremendous asset to my career. Outside of work, I am a busy wife and mother. My family loves trips to the library, preparing healthy home-cooked meals, and taking long walks through our quaint Massachusetts neighborhood. Wearing the “mompreneur” hat makes the goal of work-life balance even more essential. It’s something I strive for each and every day.
